Therabody: JetBoots

JetBoots makes leg recovery more convenient than ever, with a fully wireless design and integrated internal pumps. Internal pumps are fully integrated into each boot, there are no wires or tubes to connect or set up - simply slip them on, and start recovering faster. Treatment settings can be easily adjusted with an integrated, one-touch control panel.

Patrick and the Huge team were tasked with developing this product from concept ideation to initial sampling to provide for factory production. The innovation area of this design was incorporating the motor into the boot itself - rather than an offboard unit. This allows for maximum portability and removal of exterior hoses. Patrick utilized knowledge of hard good and soft good design to contribute to this project.

Fully wireless compression therapy with seamlessly integrated hardware

The JetBoots are completely portable and can be used anywhere without the need for an exterior motor. A motor and battery system are cleverly integrated into the feet area to create a truly wireless product.

Combining hardgoods and softgoods

The onboard motor is located in a plastic housing that is integrated into the cut-and-sew boot. This clever integration into the foot area avoids bulky housing on the areas where therapy is applied.

Embedded smart controller

Hardgoods controllers are integrated at the top of the boot for easy access when the boots are being worn. Separating this component from the motor allows for a low profile controller.

Compression therapy at the touch of a button - from anywhere

Whether at home lounging or after a hard gym session - the JetBoots can be taken anywhere and are easily setup.

The CMF was completely updated from previous recovery air products for a fresh look and more premium feel.
